We ship out the movies using the United States Postal Service using Priority Mail with a return receipt.

We do not ship "Media Mail" in bubble wrap envelopes.

We will, upon request, ship over night or use another companyof your choise.

We understand problems do arise; if there is a problem with playing the Movie, you can return it within 30 days.

We will also refund yourr shipping both ways; however,if you don't like the movie or because the movie is an older movie and the quality is not up to todays standards, that's not really our fault.
