We ship our movies using the United States Postal Service using Priority Mail with a return receipt. Please pick the "GROUND" choice in the shipping options.
We ship the movies in a special made Postal Service "Video" box for protection. We do not ship "Media Mail" in bubble wrap envelopes. You are not responsible for any shipping problems with your Movie, we are. We will, upon request, ship over night, use another company or method of your choice, however please contact us before ordering
If there is a problem with playing the Movie, you can return it within 30 days. We will also refund your shipping both ways. However,if you don't like the movie or because the movie is an older movie and the quality is not up to todays standards, that's not really our fault.
